Counseling Intern, Neurofeedback Specialist, & Office Manager

Ms. Coughlin earned her Bachelor’s degree in Clinical Psychology from the University of Central Florida in 2024. She is currently pursuing her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Nova Southeastern University, with graduation expected in 2026. Jamie is passionate about working with children and adolescents; the focus of her clinical work is providing specialized care to children ages 5 – 18.

Jamie augments counseling services with neurofeedback and biofeedback. She brings a thoughtful, brain-based approach to supporting clients in areas such as emotional regulation, attention, and stress management.

In her role as the Office Manager for Dr. Wendy Coughlin’s practice, Jamie has developed skills for engaging clients, interacting with other professionals, and assessing mental health. She plays an integral role in coordinating care, supporting clients and families, and ensuring the office runs smoothly and efficiently.

Ms. Coughlin does not provide forensic services or testify in Court; however, she is well-versed in family court matters and how parental separation impacts the mental health of her young clients.
